Bombay Sapphire is a London dry gin made with ten botanicals, and its distinguishing production method is vapour infusion: instead of steeping the botanicals in the spirit, the alcohol vapour is passed through baskets of them during distillation.

That technique produces a lighter, more aromatic gin than maceration does. Juniper is clearly present, as it must be in a London dry, but it sits alongside citrus peel, coriander and a light floral character rather than dominating. The finish is dry and clean.
