Blu Giovello is an Italian Prosecco in the recognisable blue bottle, and it is the everyday end of the sparkling shelf rather than the special-occasion end — which is exactly what most orders need.
Like all Prosecco it is built on the Glera grape and made by the tank method, so the character stays fresh and fruity: green apple, citrus, a light body and a dry finish. There is no bready complexity here, and there is not meant to be. It is clean, cold and easy.
