Don Julio Blanco is a 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, bottled at 40% ABV. Its history is part of the appeal: Don Julio González founded the distillery in 1942 and is credited with pushing tequila toward being treated as a spirit to sip rather than only to shoot.
