It is brewed with wheat rather than barley alone, spiced with Valencia orange peel and coriander, and left unfiltered — which is why it pours cloudy rather than clear.

That recipe gives it a distinctly different profile: orange citrus up front, a light coriander spice behind it, soft wheat through the middle, and a creamy body that feels fuller than its alcohol suggests.
